Jaclyn Kule is a marketing and leasing coordinator in the New York headquarters of Newmark. With over three years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Kule is able to apply her knowledge of the market to specific assignments to create highly comprehensive marketing strategies. She acts as a point of contact for her team’s clients, providing detailed leasing updates, market research and analysis as well as managing branding campaigns through all stages.
Prior to beginning her career at Newmark in 2015, Ms. Kule was a real estate analyst and marketing coordinator at Epic Commercial Realty, an investment sales firm.
Ms. Kule is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Rider University.
