Jacob is head socializer with over 40 years of business experience. Jacob has created, bought, and sold over 10 businesses in addition to his Real Estate background on numerous residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate projects over the same time. He gained national attention as an award-winning Sandler Sales & Management Trainer for 23 years. His primary license is in Massachusetts, where he's lived a life of volunteering by serving on boards and/or as Chairman of The Visiting Nurse Association, Toys for Tots, & The YMCA.
