Jacob Gehl is a Senior Managing Director and founding partner of Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors. Jacob co-manages the company’s operations and strategic direction of the company. He has more than 15 years of seniors housing experience closing transactions valued in excess of $2 billion over the course of his career. Jacob was born in New Jersey but raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jacob received a bachelor of arts in international politics from the University of Michigan. Jacob currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA), and is actively involved in the ASHA PAC, as well as the establishment of the ASHA Rising Stars program.
