Jacob Jowdy joined Venture in July 2025 and is involved in a variety of transactions, including pad sites, ground leases, investment sales, shop leases, and development projects. He focuses on client needs and delivers exceptional service.
Jacob attended the University of Arizona, where he played rugby. He has three years of experience in sales, which includes door-to-door sales and cold calling. He has experience in a range of transactions, including investment sales, tenant representation, and project leasing. Jacob was also a professional MMA fighter before joining Venture.
