Jacob’s brings valuable experience in entitlement activities, procurement, and asset management to Ivanhoe’s Developments and Communities. In addition to being a Principal at Ivanhoe, Jacob is also one of the founding partners of the law firm Shapiro Strane, where his firm works with property stakeholders in complex transactions, property management conflicts, and development activities.
Jacob graduated from Michigan State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, and in 2015 he earned a Juris Doctorate degree from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago.
