Jacob Werner serves as the Global Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s worldwide investment strategy and oversees some of the industry’s most significant and complex real estate transactions. His promotion reflects a long track record of high-impact dealmaking and strategic leadership within Blackstone.
Before assuming the CIO role, Werner was Co-Head of Americas Acquisitions, where he built a reputation for orchestrating major transactions across multiple property sectors. Among his notable achievements is his leadership on the $800 million preferred equity deal for CityCenter Las Vegas, one of the largest and most intricate transactions completed on behalf of the firm.
