Jacob Wolkenfeld joined Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. at the age of 21 years old and has since become one of New York City's top producing Tenant Representative Brokers. Jacob was awarded Broker of the Year in back-to-back years (22' & 23') - the youngest to do so in the firm's history. In 2023, Jacob also broke the firm's record for most transactions completed within a one-year period.
Jacob is involved in all aspects of his customers' transactions, from market research and financial analyses, to leveraged lease negotiations, and strategic planning.
Jacob prides himself on his commitment to servicing his customers, not just through relentless efforts, transparency, and unequivocal commitment to them throughout their leasing process, but also by demonstrating an unparalleled understanding of the New York office market as a product of his record breaking-activity level in the market.
Aside from real estate, Jacob is a twin to his only sibling and a die-hard Lakers fan, among being on the board of a non-profit that provides food for families in need.
Jacob received a B.S. in Business Management & Marketing from Yeshiva University.
