Bio
Jacob Ziff is Associate Director of Investment at Town Centre Securities Plc (TCS), joining the family-run property investment and development firm in April 2024. A graduate of the University of Leeds (2019), Jacob began his career at West End-based CWM, specialising in retail agency and lease restructuring. He later moved to Clifton Agency, where he focused on UK-wide commercial real estate capital markets.
In 2023, Jacob completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance and earned the IPF Diploma from the University of Reading. At TCS, he is responsible for shaping a new investment strategy and supporting the management of the company’s property portfolio. His appointment continues the Ziff family legacy at TCS, joining his father Edward Ziff (Chairman and CEO), brother Ben Ziff, and sister Charlotte-Daisy.
