Jacqueline Salon joined Bain Capital in 2019. She is a Principal on the Real Estate team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jacqueline was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Boston where she advised on strategy and due diligence engagements across diverse sectors. Previously, she was a Senior Associate in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where she was responsible for the acquisition and portfolio management of HMC’s real estate investments. Jacqueline started her career as an Analyst in the Private Equity and Real Assets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Jacqueline holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a BBA, summa cum laude, in finance and mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
