Some people fall into real estate. Jacqueline Stone was practically born into it — literally.
Growing up working in her father's land surveying company, she learned to read land before she learned to drive. Property lines, legal descriptions, boundary disputes — the technical language of real estate was her first language. When her mother's career showed her how to understand property value, the picture became complete. Few people in Texas real estate can say they understand land from the ground up, in every sense of the phrase. Jacqueline can.
After earning her Economics degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004, she formalized what she'd spent a lifetime learning — earning her real estate license in 2008 and her broker's license in 2017. That combination of surveying roots, market discipline, and brokerage experience gives her clients something most agents simply cannot offer: a genuinely different perspective on what a property is, what it's worth, and what it means.
At Prata Realty, Jacqueline specializes in distinctive Texas properties — the kind that demand more than a sales pitch. She brings an economist's eye, straightforward honesty, and a surveyor's precision to every transaction, grounded always in the integrity she watched both her parents model throughout her life.
When she's not working, she's home in Houston with her husband and three kids — the real reason she takes every deal personally. Real estate has always been the family business. Now it's her legacy too.
