Ms. Jade Woon leads the Direct Sales, Revenue & Distribution discipline for Capella Hotel Group. She also executes and sets commercial strategies for the group’s properties, while ensuring sales goals are achieved.
Ms. Woon has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and she has held Sales & Marketing leadership roles in China and Japan for brands like Shangri-La and Rosewood. She has also been responsible for the business plans of all Hyatt properties in the Northern China region. Prior to joining Capella, Ms. Woon was Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing at Edition Hotels in Tokyo, Toranomon and Ginza.
