I’m the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Frazier Realty Group (FRG), a Charlotte-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in investment sales, acquisitions, leasing, and strategic real estate advisory across the Carolinas and Southeast.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with more than $100 million in closed commercial real estate transactions, I bring an investment-focused and analytical approach to every assignment. I lead FRG with an emphasis on strategic execution, client education, asset performance, and long-term portfolio growth.
Our mission is to provide sophisticated real estate guidance and exceptional execution while building lasting client relationships grounded in integrity, performance, and trust.
Beyond transactions, I’m deeply committed to developing the next generation of commercial real estate advisors through mentorship, structured training, accountability, and real-world experience. I believe strong advisors must understand more than how to close a deal, but they must understand the fundamentals behind investment decisions, financial analysis, market dynamics, asset performance, and the long-term objectives of the clients they represent.
Under my leadership, FRG continues to expand its presence throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee while remaining intentional about how we grow, who we serve, and the standard we represent.
For me, commercial real estate is bigger than the transaction. It is about creating value, building relationships, protecting our reputation, and helping clients make informed decisions that position them for what comes next.
