Jaime Lee is a seasoned real estate executive and board member with extensive expertise in compliance, governance, stakeholder relations, and cultural transformation. As the CEO of The Jamison Group, a real estate investment and development firm with a $3 billion net asset value, she oversees a portfolio of more than 130 office, multifamily, retail, and medical properties spanning 18 million square feet and generating $390 million in annual rental revenue. She also serves on the boards of the James Campbell Company, the University of Southern California Board of Trustees, and the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics Organizing Committee, and is a former President of the Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners.
Lee specializes in all facets of real estate asset management and investment, with particular expertise in commercial leasing and brokerage, acquisitions and dispositions, strategic repositioning, capital improvements, capital markets, investor and government relations, branding, and development. Leveraging her legal background, she excels in building consensus among stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives forward.
As a USC Trustee, Lee played a key role in governance reforms that reshaped the university’s leadership. She also advises a $5.3 billion national real estate company on corporate governance reform and stakeholder relations and has extensive experience serving on Nominating & Governance, Audit, Compensation, Risk, and CEO Search Committees across multiple organizations.
Under her leadership, The Jamison Group underwent a strategic transformation from an office building management company to a leader in office-to-residential conversions and multifamily development. The firm is now one of the most active developers in Los Angeles and a national model for adaptive reuse, delivering over 6,300 units to date, with an additional 7,500 units under construction or in the pipeline.
A sought-after industry expert, Lee has participated in more than 100 speaking engagements as a keynote speaker, panelist, honoree, and moderator. She shares insights on the real estate industry as well as global supply chain dynamics, the economy, and diversity for organizations such as ULI, Commercial Observer, USC, UCLA, Bisnow, Connect Media, JP Morgan, CitiBank, 50/50 Women on Boards, Athena Alliance, and Asia Society Southern California.
