Jaime Suzanne Marquez started her real estate career in 1997 in Scottsdale, AZ with Marcus & Millichap specializing in multifamily! Over her career of almost 30 years, she has been in residential and commercial construction, project development, project management, property management, condo conversion, sales and marketing. After vacationing many times in Durango, Jaime and her husband Luis made it their home in 2007 and raised their 3 boys in this beautiful mountain village! Today, they are a husband-and-wife team - just selling real estate - based in historic downtown Durango, Colorado. With her background and Luis having spent 25 years building luxury homes, they bring a broad background of commercial, land, parcels and luxury.
