Jaime Polter is the Broker and Owner of Polter Real Estate, overseeing over 40 million in annual real estate transactions. With a degree in Business and marketing, she hails from Maumee, Ohio. She currently resides in Fremont, where her husband’s family farm is located, and part-time in Port Clinton, enjoying the lake atmosphere with her husband.
Alongside managing Polter Real Estate’s clients, she also takes on the role of a teacher and mentor to new agents. Jaime is passionate about nurturing talent and actively seeks opportunities to bring in and train individuals interested in the real estate field. Her dedication to cultivating new talent reflects her commitment to the growth and sustainability of the industry. With her expertise and enthusiasm, Jaime eagerly embraces the prospect of shaping the next generation of real estate professionals.
Jaime is the 2023 Firelands Board of Realtors president-elect and actively participates in various real estate organizations and committees. She is also involved in community initiatives as a Fremont Housing Advisory Board member, Main Street Port Clinton, and the Walleye Drop. Jaime’s commitment to community involvement is exemplified by her company’s monetary contributions of over 25 thousands dollars in the last five years.
