Jake Aaron is a Partner at Stonegate Developers, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Cornelius, North Carolina. Since joining the firm in 2016, Jake has been instrumental in expanding Stonegate’s portfolio across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, contributing to the successful development of retail, industrial, medical, and multifamily properties.
Jake brings a dynamic blend of financial acumen and real estate expertise to Stonegate’s leadership team. Mr. Aaron is a licensed real estate broker and represents the firm in most transactions, ensuring seamless execution from site selection to project delivery. Jake's past development work includes nationally recognized brands such as Dollar General, Northern Tool, Arby’s, Hobby Lobby, and Brightmoor Hospice, as well as multifamily communities like Westside Manor Apartments.
In addition to serving as a Partner at Stonegate, Jake is the founder of Acme Homes, a manufactured housing development company focused on affordable housing solutions. Jake's dual experience in traditional and manufactured housing gives him a unique perspective on market trends and investment opportunities.
Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Appalachian State University.
