With nearly 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Jake Allen leads the investment and leasing efforts for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Houston market.
As Regional Manager, Mr. Allen is responsible for managing acquisitions, developments, leasing, and operations for the company’s Houston portfolio. In addition, he assists in the growth of the Nashville market through sourcing new land acquisitions and developments.
Mr. Allen has worked at First Industrial for over six years in various roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Investment Associate, where he was responsible for broker relations and sourcing new investment opportunities in several key markets.
Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Allen served as a Financial Analyst at Becknell Industrial, where he assisted in growing the company’s portfolio by 5 million square feet through $650 million in new acquisition, speculative, and build-to-suit development transactions.
Mr. Allen is a past member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
