Jake is the newest addition to a five-person team that advises CEOs, CFOs, and CREs on industrial real estate transactions in New Jersey and throughout the U.S. This includes distribution, manufacturing (traditional and hi-tech), pharmaceutical production, assembly, R&D, labs and office spaces to support them.
