Jake Lapidot joined IPA Capital Markets in 2025 and is responsible for securing debt, equity and structured financings for commercial real estate properties throughout the U.S. Jake's expertise spans senior permanent financing, bridge financing, subordinate financing (mezzanine debt and preferred equity) and joint venture equity across various real estate asset classes including industrial, multifamily, retail and Class A/B office.
Prior to IPA Capital Markets, Jake served as a Director at Cooper-Horowitz. Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University.
