Jake Logsdon is a seasoned industry leader with over 20 years of experience spanning hospitality, finance, and commercial real estate. He launched his career in restaurant management in Juneau, Alaska where he was born and raised, before joining world-renowned developer Puccini Group in San Francisco, where he played a pivotal role in high-profile hospitality projects for luxury brands like Kimpton, Ritz Carlton, and Marriott. In 2009, Jake expanded his global footprint by establishing a successful consulting practice in Beijing, delivering impactful design/build projects in the prestigious San Li Tun nightlife district.
In 2012, while attaining his MBA from UCLA, he shifted to finance, supporting brand expansions of iconic $100M megabrands such as The Abbey Food + Bar and Hyde Lounge at sbe. He further honed his expertise as a leader in senior finance roles at industry giants, Joie de Vivre/Two Roads, Sydell Group, and SoHo House, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of FP&A at EOS Hospitality. Now focused on commercial real estate across New York state, Jake leverages his vast experience to drive strategic growth.
