Jakub Nowak is a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap and the founder of The Nowak Group, a top-producing team specializing in New York City investment real estate. Based in the firm's Manhattan office, Nowak leads a team of five brokers offering tailored brokerage strategies and access to the nation’s largest pool of private and institutional capital. His team focuses on development sites, industrial assets, and commercial investment properties across New York City.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Nowak has closed over 300 transactions totaling more than $1 billion in commercial real estate sales. His expertise spans a wide range of deal structures, including 1031 exchanges, joint ventures, master leases, note sales and equity placements.
