James Asimes is the Director of Acquisitions for Realife US, where he is responsible for due diligence, legal, and financing multifamily, office, and retail acquisitions. Since joining the company in 2019, he has helped close more than $50 million in investment across more than a dozen transactions.
Prior to joining Realife US, James was a Development Associate with the RMS Corporations, where he led commercial leasing and assisted with the construction and development of the $100 million Van Aken District, a mixed-use district in Shaker Heights, Ohio. In addition to his experience in real estate, James has experience in finance, banking, and law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
