James Batmasian is President and Co-Founder of Investments Limited, a Boca Raton-based real estate investment, development, ownership, management, and leasing company. He began his real estate career in 1970 with his wife, Marta Batmasian, acquiring and operating residential properties in the Boston area while attending graduate school. The portfolio expanded to include apartment communities and condominium conversions before the couple relocated to South Florida in 1983. There, Batmasian led the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of commercial and residential properties, helping grow Investments Limited into one of the region’s largest privately held real estate organizations. He oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, development initiatives, leasing, and asset management across a diversified portfolio of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, and mixed-use properties in Florida, Massachusetts, and other targeted markets.
