Mr. Carter started in tech out of college and completed his MBA during that time. Started in real estate full-time in '93. Have done development, brokerage, management, lending, training, coaching, PE investing, etc. Was one of the founding members at Intero. Mr. Carter continues to broker deals in parallel with oversight responsibilities at HomeSmiles. Mr. Carter was the #1 producing Intero/Berkshire Hathaway Commercial division broker in 2019.
