Prior to assuming the role of CEO, James was the Director of Leasing for Amcap Properties where he managed leasing for the national portfolio of grocery-anchored multiuse centers. Prior to Amcap, James held various positions at Tebo Properties over an 11-year period. His hobbies include woodworking, camping, house remodeling, rock hounding and two-channel stereo listening. James is a North Dakota native but currently living in the country outside of Broomfield with his wife, two children and various pets.
