Bio
James began his career in commercial real estate in 2013 after transitioning from a role as a commercial IT specialist. Under the guidance of Nichols Crowder directors Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith, he completed a traineeship and quickly advanced in the industry, earning his full real estate license in 2015. Today, James serves as Head of Sales and Leasing at Nichols Crowder Carrum Downs. A lifelong Mornington Peninsula resident, James has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and a strong network of clients. His enthusiastic and professional approach has made him one of the region’s most active sales and leasing agents, earning multiple nominations as a top finalist for Victoria’s Top Commercial Agent. Outside of work, James is a dedicated volunteer firefighter and actively supports local charities. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys attending games at the MCG to cheer on his beloved Richmond Football Club.
