James is a Senior Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Recognized as one of top investment sales professionals in the Philadelphia Region, James specializes in the sale of retail, office, industrial and multifamily assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, with a focus on the Philadelphia Market. In addition to property sales, James has participated in several complex transaction including note sales, sale/leasebacks, partial interest sales and recapitalizations.
Prior to joining JLL, James held a senior investment sales position at CB Richard Ellis. Since 2012, he has been involved in transactions totaling over 18 million square feet with a value in excess of $2 billion. In 2014, he was recognized as one of the top producing professionals for JLL in the Philadelphia Market, closing more than 30 transactions and exceeding $1 billion in proceeds. James has been honored with “Power Broker” award on several occasions. James has been a guest lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Erin K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.
