Gale is Managing Director and Director of Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield where he leads a high-performing team of brokers within the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office, and leads the firm’s Westchester County and Stamford, Connecticut offices. With a foundation built on years of client representation, Mr. Gale focuses on leadership, talent development, and strategic growth. He brings a business-minded, client-first approach to brokerage management.
Mr. Gale previously served as Vice President at CBRE and as Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, respectively, advising occupiers and investors across a wide range of asset classes. Earlier in his career, he held business development leadership roles in the commercial construction and contract interior industries in New York City. This unique background gives Mr. Gale a comprehensive understanding of the full real estate lifecycle, from concept through occupancy, and enables him to guide brokers and clients through Cushman & Wakefield’s internal network of specialized service lines and trusted external business partners with clarity and precision.
Mr. Gale is well-versed across life sciences, medical, office, retail, and industrial sectors.
