Born in Manhattan, raised in Westchester and educated in the Bronx... it's safe to say James knows New York City from a number of different perspectives.
Growing up, James always had a job in the hospitality industry or at a summer camp, his early workdays instilling in him a keen understanding of how to take care of his clients and how to run an effective team. After graduating from Skidmore College in 2006, James spent nearly ten years in sales at various non-profits and corporate enterprises.
James joined Ideal Properties in 2014 and quickly became known as an energetic team member, embracing of long hours and dedicated to every client he encountered. Less than a year later, he was promoted to the helm of Ideal’s Williamsburg office where he runs a team of 40+ agents, all committed to providing excellent service for their buyers, sellers and renters.
James encourages his team to act as resources for everyone they meet, knowing that the key to getting a deal successfully managed and closed is tenacity, patience and individualized attention.
When he’s not working, James enjoys tennis, motorcycles, and spending time with his family.
