James Hainsworth, CFA specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in Orange County. During the course of his professional career, James has achieved success working in the marketing, finance, and banking industries. After graduating from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Geneseo, James went on to work in the CVA (credit valuation adjustment) group within one of the top 3 largest U.S. banks, which is tasked with managing the credit risk the bank faces across multiple product lines and currencies. Later, James moved into the Interest Rate Risk Management group within the bank, partnering with the real estate lending arm of the bank, to assist bank clients with mitigating the interest rate risk associated with their floating-rate obligations.
