Bio
James A. Kinzig is Managing Partner of Aegis Property Group. Mr. Kinzig joined Aegis Property Group in 1985. He has concentrated on site acquisition, leasing and development activities. Mr. Kinzig has represented both investment partnerships and clients in the structuring of development transactions, leases and a variety of other real estate transactions, both with the public and private sector. He became a principal in the firm in 1989 and succeeded to Managing Partner in February, 2001.
Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Mr. Kinzig was at CoreStates - The Philadelphia National Bank for eleven years, where his career included experience with international and multinational lending groups as well as strategic planning and marketing for the bank's wholesale banking activities.
Mr. Kinzig is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he received a B.A. in Economics. He also received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and studied at the London School of Economics.
