With a decade in real estate and counting, James Kwon turned his attention to detail, creative problem-solving and marketing skills into a successful career as a real estate agent in the Houston area. As real estate is a favorite topic of discussion as of late, James takes these moments to assure prospective clients that they can trust that he will guide them through the real estate process successfully. Market knowledge, real estate experience, a resourceful marketing network and effective communication makes him an excellent realtor. Purchasing a home is not an easy process. James will guide his clients through from market research, inspection, negotiations, and to closing on their home!
He puts great emphasis on the value of integrity and fiduciary he provides as a realtor. Afterall, all clients will eventually become friends. Working his way through college, James learned to work hard and remain persistent. The Houston native with a Korean background, he is completing his business administration degree at the University of Houston - Downtown. When he is not assisting in real estate sales or investments, James is a big Houston sports fan; is actively involved at his church; and enjoys the outdoors, fishing, kayaking, and hiking.
