Bio
James has over 25 years of experience in the property industry, joining Bidwells in 1995 from London to lead the retail and leisure team.
He works with institutional investors, developers, retailers, property companies and occupier clients on a wide range of property, with particular expertise in the Golden Triangle.
James’ particular areas of expertise are in development advice for mixed use schemes, food stores and retail warehousing, as well as in the acquisition and disposal of motor dealerships, retail and restaurant properties, hotels and care homes.
His knowledge of the retail and leisure market and trends combined with a tenacious streak means that he and his team have achieved some exciting lettings even in these challenging times.
