Jim Linn, co-owner of ERA Davis & Linn, a Residential Brokerage firm operating in Jacksonville, Florida for over 43 years. In his profession he has held leadership roles for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the MLS Board of Governors.
Jim is a long time active member and participant of the Northeast Florida Regional Chamber of Commerce and a long-time sponsor of the New Chamber Member Orientation Committee. He has served various community organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Children’s Home Society and Chair of Riverbend District Boy Scouts of America.

Jim is an Eagle Scout. He is a member of Mandarin Presbyterian Church. Mr. Linn is a graduate of Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and has resided in Jacksonville, Florida for over 44 years. Jim and his wife Charlotte have been proudly married for 46 years. They have two children, Kristin and Andrew and are proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren.
