A native Memphian, Jim moved back to Memphis after spending thirteen years in CB Richard Ellis’ Nashville, TN office in order to establish and grow CB Richard Ellis industrial assignments, as well as general industrial brokerage services. Since 1983, Jim has specialized in industrial sales and lease transactions as well as site search consultation throughout Tennessee and southern Kentucky. His diverse client list ranges from ASICS Tiger in Memphis, TN to FMC/Weyerhaeuser in Bowling Green, KY. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Vanderbilt University.
