James began his career in property in 2007 as a graduate at Strutt & Parker, qualifying as a surveyor within the City investment and development team in 2010 and becoming an associate partner in 2015. Strutt & Parker were acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate in July 2017.
James has represented both international and UK based clients on acquisitions and disposals in Central London, with a particular focus on investors from Asia-Pacific.
Recent successes include the acquisition of 110 Cannon Street, EC4, for £93 million on behalf of a private Chinese investor and being part of the disposal team for Quick & Tower House, EC2 on behalf of Aberdeen Standard Investments.
