James joined Savills in 2013 and gained initial experience in the London development, portfolio valuation and West End office leasing teams before joining the West End investment team in 2015.
Since joining the team, James has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and been involved in over £3 billion worth of transactions on behalf of an international client base including private individuals, property companies and institutional investors.
Before joining Savills, James spent four years in the British Army.
