Bio
Jim began his real estate career in 1999 working with an investment team at Grubb & Ellis. Working with disposition of retail, office and industrial assets lead into selling a large apartment building in Chico. This apartment sale was the beginning of Jim’s focus on apartment sales. Shortly after Jim was recruited by Hendricks and Partners to focus on Apartment sales for a couple of years before joining forces with CBRE. Since the end of 2008 Northwind Commercial has proven to be a success with the clients best interests being served best by utilizing a team approach. Successfully selling Apartment properties for twenty years, Jim understands the nature of the business and how to successfully represent his clients best interests. Jim graduated from California Polytechnic University SLO in 1995 with a B.S. degree.
