Jim Rahe has specialized in office properties since 1986 and has been involved in transactions on more than 3 million square feet of office space valued in excess of $240 million. Jim started his career with the Mayerson Co., a major developer of downtown Cincinnati office properties, where he gained valuable experience in leasing and construction. He also learned to think like an owner. During his tenure, he was also responsible for the pre-leasing of Scripps Center. In 1990, Jim, along with another Mayerson employee, started Tri-Star Commercial Group. Their first big assignment came from Travelers Insurance. Travelers Insurance hired Jim to be responsible for the leasing of PNC Tower and Fourth & Walnut Center. Jim's expertise in the Greater Cincinnati office market has been gained through successfully representing his clients' best interests. He successfully represented E.W. Scripps in the disposition of 85,000 square feet. Additional clients, to name a few, include Cincinnati Bell; Cinergy; Clark, Schaeffer & Hackett & Co.; Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis, LLP; Walter P. Dolle Insurance Agency, Inc., Convergys, Katz, Teller, Brandt & Hild, TriHealth; and Schiff, Kreidler-Shell, Inc.
