Bio
Prior to founding Raven + Co in 2017, James cut his teeth in CBRE's Tenant Representation team, acquiring and disposing of sites for Three, Cath Kidston, Starbucks, Reiss and Links of London to name a few.
This was followed by time at niche property agency CWM where James worked with brands like Oliver Peoples, Kate Spade, Pal Zileri and Venchi, advising them on UK and European real estate.
In 2015 James was poached by his then clients Doddle to help grow the business to 50 stores across Great Britain, including flagship acquisitions in Canary Wharf, Kings Cross and Paddington.
At Raven + Co, James continues to advise his clients on site acquisitions and disposals in the retail, restaurant and leisure sectors.
