Bio
James graduated from San Diego State University in 1993, receiving a B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He worked for Grubb and Ellis while in college and moved to East County Properties / ECP Commercial in 1993. He was a sales associate/broker at ECP Commercial from 1993 to February 2001. While at ECP Commercial, James was the top producer for 1998, 1999, and 2000. He founded Inland Pacific Commercial Properties in 2001 and has served as President and Principal Broker at Inland Pacific from 2001 to present. To date, James has completed over 1.3 billion dollars in sales and lease transactions. He is proud to be a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of East County and has served in this capacity for over 20 years. James also served as a board member for Downtown El Cajon's CDC, as well as the Little House Foundation/El Cajon Collaborative. He is committed to supporting his alma mater, and is a member of the SDSU Director's Cabinet. James currently owns a number of industrial and office properties in East County, totaling over 196,000 sf.
