James advises clients on property and portfolio strategy, acquisition and disposal of property investments, and structuring development funding. His role extends to implementing asset management strategies, property valuation and sourcing bank debt.
Clients include institutions, property companies, commercial developers, banks, private individuals and sponsors of collective investment funds.
He is active in Germany as well as the UK.
Outside of work James enjoys cycling round Richmond Park, playing duplicate bridge and cross country skiing. His interests include genealogy, photography and travel.
