James is the Principal Broker of Schunk Realty Group. Operating with both a real estate broker & mortgage loan origination license, James has developed a unique ability to provide a personalized experience for his clients. James also spent several years working in Landlord Representation for over 1 million square feet of NYC Class A office space via Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Consulting Group (ACG). He places an emphasis on transparency & efficiency.
James earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from SUNY Oswego and is an avid hockey player, skier, golfer & drummer.
