Bio
Over 20 years’ experience in the property industry largely in the South East office and industrial market. Mainly advising on the letting/sale and acquisition of office & industrial properties on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. Also providing advice to investors acquiring office schemes from a market and repositioning perspective.
Started at Nelson Bakewell as the office junior in 1995 and moved into the Corporate Real Estate team in 2000. Joined the Prudential in 2002 and moved to Donaldson management team in 2004. Made the move from management to agency in 2005 and Donaldsons were acquired by DTZ in 2007. Joined Glenny in 2009 to head up the agency team for 12 months before being offered an Associate Director position at Capita (acquired Nelson Bakewell) in 2010. Joined Bray Fox Smith as an Associate Director in 2013 before eventually being promoted to Partner in 2019. Joined Hanover Green in 2025.
