James Stocker is an Associate on the Occupier Solutions Group in our Pittsburgh office. Since joining CBRE as a Research Analyst in 2022, James has contributed significantly to advisory and transaction services, primarily focusing on the office and industrial sectors. He has excelled in building market intelligence, identifying and analyzing both local and national market trends, and producing property and market content support.
For the past year and a half, James has honed his skills and become an active participant to support new business development initiatives. Whether it's providing analytical and collection assistance for global, regional and local research projects or supporting leadership in representing CBRE’s perspectives on property and market dynamics, James is a committed and dynamic real estate professional.
A Pennsylvania State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development, James also holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2023, he furthered his professional journey by joining the CBRE Occupier Solutions Group, where he joined a team consisting of Gerry Dudley, Carmine DiLucente, Mike Stuart, and Danielle Lafe.
