Jay Wellschlager joins CBRE with 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. His primary focus has been as an investment sales broker specializing in industrial and office properties. He has experience in multiple disciplines, including land dispositions, sale-leasebacks, excess corporate real estate and property conversions. Prior to joining CBRE, Wellschlager served as Managing Director of Investment Sales at Jones Lang LaSalle in Baltimore, Md., following earlier leadership roles at Cassidy Turley, a predecessor firm within the Cushman & Wakefield family.
