Over 40 years experience assisting property owners and developers in optimizing development opportunities for their properties, including highest & best use studies, feasibility studies, property portfolio assessments, economic outlooks, etc. I hold a degree in Real Estate & Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin (Dr. Graaskamp) and part of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE©) since 2001.
