James Ziegler joined Marcus & Millichap in February of 2006. He founded the Ziegler Team in 2012 - focused on creating a collaborative team setting and spending time mentoring new agents. James and his team's primary focus is on the disposition of multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout Chicagoland. James has extensive knowledge of the Chicago neighborhoods and takes pride in his strong work ethic, ability to close difficult transactions and building strong relationships with his clients. James has closed over 200 transactions totaling over $350 million in sales and has received multiple national sales achievement awards.
James is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serves as a First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap and Director of the Multi-Housing Group. In addition to commercial brokerage, James is an avid traveler and Chicago sports fan, he also enjoys spending time outdoors including hiking, kayaking, boating (basically anything water related).
