James "Jamie" Hill, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, specializes in industrial leasing, sales, and land brokerage throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area and Northeast Oklahoma. A lifelong Tulsan and graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Jamie advises local, regional, and national clients on industrial real estate transactions.
As First Vice President with CBRE, Jamie represents sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, site selection, build-to-suit developments, sale-leaseback transactions, and investment sales.
