Having spent her early career years performing business development for geotechnical and civil engineering firms, Jamie brings with her an in-depth knowledge of the due diligence process as well as site conditions affecting project design and costs.
For the past decade, Jamie has been focusing on site selection services for advanced manufacturing projects across the Southeast Region, as well as other parts of the country. On a global scale, she has relationships across Canada and Germany that additionally benefit her energy clients. Through her focus on industrial site selection, she evaluates supply chain and logistics networks and examines other variables, project drivers, and risk mitigation factors that ultimately create the strategy for a successful project. These clients include domestic and global advanced manufacturing companies within the automotive, aerospace, defense and energy sectors.
Additionally, she is focusing on tenant representation services and the development of industrial parks across North Carolina.
